Product Introduction:

FC series egg tray making machine features of high efficiency, low maintenance and energy saving during the ten year practice. The pulp molding system can use all kinds of waste paper to produce high quality molded fiber products. Such as, egg boxes, apple trays, meat portion trays, vegetable portion trays, fruit portion trays, strawberry punnets , kidney trays, wine packs, can trays, seed cubes, ect.

3.Information:

1. Output: 2800-3500pcs/h, (for 30 cavity trays).three shifts per day, 4-5 workers for each shift.

4. Equipment need to be prepared by customers 

1. The pulp tank, water tank and draining system should be built of reinforced concrete.

2. Buyer is responsible to guarantee the power and water supply to make sure equipments and controlling cabinets can work normally.

3. All necessary craft pipelines (if you can provide your factory area, we can design all pipelines free of charge) and valve, electric wires, cable, wire slots, bracket and so on. Above should be prepared in advance. 

5.Quotation:

1. Payment terms:40% down payment by T/T, 60% balanced by T/T before delivery 

2. The seller will arrange 3 engineers to install & test the machine and train the buyer’s engineers .The buyer should bear all the charges includes the international & domestic round air ticket, hotel ,visa and all the expenses in the buyer’s country .The buyer should pay each engineer USD60.00/day.

3. Delivery time: Within 60 days after the receipt of the down payment.

4. Package: Export standard package.

5. Guaranty period: One year guaranty for the machine and 6 months for the electrical appliances.

6. Delivery: 3x40’GP

7 .Power supply: 380V, 50HZ, 3Phase 

8. Validity: 60 days
